中医诊疗被纳医保 河北提高中医院报销比例

记者从河北省卫计委获悉，河北将把符合条件的中医诊疗项目纳入基本医疗保险基金支付范围。本月1日起正式施行的《河北省中医药条例》规定，河北将把符合条件的中医医疗机构纳入基本医疗保险定点医疗机构范围，把符合条件的中医诊疗项目、中药饮片、中成药和医疗机构中药制剂纳入基本医疗保险基金支付范围。此外，河北还将逐步提高报销比例、降低报销起付线，实行中医医院与同级综合医院病种定额标准相同的支付政策。河北省中医药管

记者从河北省卫计委获悉，河北将把符合条件的中医诊疗项目纳入基本医疗保险基金支付范围。

本月1日起正式施行的《河北省中医药条例》规定，河北将把符合条件的中医医疗机构纳入基本医疗保险定点医疗机构范围，把符合条件的中医诊疗项目、中药饮片、中成药和医疗机构中药制剂纳入基本医疗保险基金支付范围。

此外，河北还将逐步提高报销比例、降低报销起付线，实行中医医院与同级综合医院病种定额标准相同的支付政策。

河北省中医药管理局局长姜建明表示，河北在公立医院综合改革中，将126项中医诊疗项目纳入医保；将锁骨骨折等7种优势病种，试行按病种收付费；将576种中药制剂在全省医疗机构间调剂使用等，百姓将收获更多中医诊疗“获得感”。

慢性胃炎是由多种原因引起的胃黏膜的慢性炎性反应，是消化系统常见病之一。该病症状易反复发作，严重影响患者的生活质量，慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生、上皮内瘤变者发生胃癌的危险度增加，在临床上越来越引起重视。中医药在本病的诊疗方面有着多年的积累，中华中医药学会脾胃病分会曾于2009年组织制定了《慢性浅表性胃炎中医诊疗共识意见》《慢性萎缩性胃炎中医诊疗共识意见》，对慢性胃炎的诊疗起到了一定的规范作用。近年来

高血压中医诊疗指南

高血压（hypertension）是一种以体循环动脉压升高为主要特征的临床综合征，可分为原发性和继发性两大类。原因不明者，称之原发性高血压，又称高血压病，占高血压患者的95%以上；在不足5%的患者中，血压升高是某些疾病的一种临床表现，有明确而独立的病因，称为继发性高血压。临床主要表现为头晕头痛，时发时止，或头重脚轻，耳鸣心悸，血压升高。本病属于中医学的“眩晕”、“头痛”等范畴。
