Ann Rheum Dis:世界范围内肌肉骨骼疾病的负担

2000年至2015年间MSK疾病的负担显著增高,欧洲的MSK疾病负担高。

预计肌肉骨骼疾病(MSK)将在世界范围内产生越来越大的影响。这项研究旨在分析2000年至2015年全球MSK疾病的负担。

从世界卫生组织全球卫生预测数据库中提取183个国家的伤残调整生命年(DALYs),DALYs结合了损失生命年(YLLs)和伤残损失健康生命年(YLDs)。研究人员分析了23种WHO疾病类别中MSK疾病(ICD-10:M00-M99)的DALYS、YLLs和YLDs的中位比例。建立混合模型以评估时间变化。

在全球范围内,MSK DALYs总数从2000年的80,225,634.6明显增加到2015年的107,885,832.6(p<0.001),MSK YLDs总数从77,377,709.4增加到103,817,908.4(p=0.0008),MSK疾病成为全球范围内YLDs的第二大病因。由MSK疾病引起的YLLs从2,847,925.2增加到4,067,924.2(p=0.03)。2015年,欧洲MSK疾病引起的DALYs中位数比例为6.66%(IQR:5.30-7.88),而美洲为4.66%(3.98-5.59)(与欧洲相比,p<0.0001),亚洲为4.17%(3.14-6.25)(p<0.0001),大洋洲为4.14%(2.65-5.57)(p=0.0008),非洲为1.33%(1.03-1.92)(p<0.0001)。研究观察到2015年的MSK DALYs比例与人均国内生产总值存在显著相关性(r=0.85,p<0.0001)。

2000年至2015年间MSK疾病的负担显著增高,欧洲的MSK疾病负担高。这些结果对卫生专业人员和政策制定者实施未来MSK疾病健康计划调整至关重要。
