Oncotarget：新型抗体药物偶联物ENDOS/ADC有持续抗骨肉瘤作用！

ADC是一种新型靶向治疗药物，能够将抗体对靶标的选择性与细胞毒性药物的有效细胞杀伤活性相结合。Endosialin是由人类CD248基因编码的细胞表面蛋白，正常的成人组织endosialin表达较低甚至不表达，因此其成为靶向治疗的一个理想目标。

ADC是一种新型靶向治疗药物，能够将抗体对靶标的选择性与细胞毒性药物的有效细胞杀伤活性相结合。Endosialin是由人类CD248基因编码的细胞表面蛋白，正常的成人组织endosialin表达较低甚至不表达，因此其成为靶向治疗的一个理想目标。发表于Oncotarget的一篇文章中，研究人员基于hMP-E-8.3合成了针对endosialin的ADC，即一种新型抗体药物偶联物ENDOS/ADC，并调查了ENDOS/ADC在肿瘤中的作用。研究显示，细胞内表达水平较高的endosialin与有效的内化作用以及体外细胞毒性作用相关，在表达endosialin的肿瘤细胞系中，ENDOS/ADC显示强大的、特异性的和靶向依赖的杀伤活性。ENDOS/ADC治疗能够长期持续抑制人骨肉瘤细胞系模型的肿瘤生长。ENDOS/ADC有作为生物治疗剂开发的潜力，包括在骨肉瘤之外的endosialin阳性的其他恶性肿瘤中，可进行进一步的研究。原始出处：Capone E, et al.
