BMJ：老年人群不适当处方风险值得关注

研究认为，老年人群在初级保健以及住院治疗期间不适当处方风险较高，这一现象需得到相关机构的重视

近日研究人员考察了65岁以上老人在医疗过程中的不适当处方风险。

本次研究为对患者病历的回顾性研究， 2012-15年间爱尔兰44个临床机构参，根据老年人处方的45个标准(STEP)第2版评估处方是否恰当。

总计38229名患者参与研究，平均年龄76.8岁，男性占43%。参与者中10.4-15.0%每年至少住院1次。2012年潜在的不适当处方率为45.3%，2015年上升至51.0%。多因素调整后，初级保健中的不适当处方风险比值比为1.24，但在住院后老年人群的不适当处方风险进一步升高，其风险比值比上升为1.72。

研究认为，老年人群在初级保健以及住院治疗期间不适当处方风险较高，这一现象需得到相关机构的重视。
