Lancet：无症状动脉粥样硬化病的可视化预防研究

研究认为颈动脉超声图像检查有助于无症状动脉粥样硬化风险人群的疾病预防

近日研究人员考察了超声图像对于初级保健过程中颈动脉粥样硬化的预防效果。

40、50、60岁，存在一个或多个常规动脉粥样硬化风险患者参与研究，接受临床、血液取样和超声检查以评估颈动脉内膜中层厚度和斑块形成。患者随机接受颈动脉超声图像以及随访护理或对照。研究的主要终点为1年后 Framingham风险评分(FRS)和欧洲冠状动脉风险评估(SCORE)。

3532名志愿者参与研究，其中1783人接受对照，1749人参与干预，3175人完成1年随访。1年后，组间FRS和SCORE得分差异显著。干预组FRS得分下降0.58分，对照组上升0.35分；干预组SCORE得分上升0.13分，对照组上升0.27分。

研究认为颈动脉超声图像检查有助于无症状动脉粥样硬化风险人群的疾病预防。
