噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症（ＨＬＨ）是由异常激活的巨噬细胞和细胞毒性Ｔ细胞诱发的严重的过度炎症反应综合征，可发病于任何年龄。患者可表现为反复发热、血细胞减少、肝功能不全，以及类似于脓毒症样症状，并迅速发展至终末多器官衰竭。成人ＨＬＨ 患者可分布于多个学科，包括血液内科、感染科、免疫风湿科、消化内科、神经内科、急诊医学科、重症医学科等。近年来成人ＨＬＨ 已引起各学科医师的关注，如何早期识别ＨＬＨ

噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症（ＨＬＨ）是由异常激活的巨噬细胞和细胞毒性Ｔ细胞诱发的严重的过度炎症反应综合征，可发病于任何年龄。患者可表现为反复发热、血细胞减少、肝功能不全，以及类似于脓毒症样症状，并迅速发展至终末多器官衰竭。成人ＨＬＨ 患者可分布于多个学科，包括血液内科、感染科、免疫风湿科、消化内科、神经内科、急诊医学科、重症医学科等。近年来成人ＨＬＨ 已引起各学科医师的关注，如何早期识别ＨＬＨ 并及时治疗，防止不可逆的器官损伤和继之的死亡，已成为当前医学界的热点议题。目前对ＨＬＨ 的诊治主要基于儿科学经验的总结，但ＨＬＨ 的激发因素、发病机制、累及器官、临床表现、伴随疾病等方面在儿童和成人之间均存在很大差异。为更好地管理成人ＨＬＨ，组织细胞学会（ＨＳ）ＨＬＨ指导委员会于近日发布了关于成人ＨＬＨ 临床管理的建议，现以问答的形式对此共识进行介绍和解读，以提高广大临床医师对成人ＨＬＨ 的认识。
