近日，包括上海交大附属瑞金医院王继光教授在内的全球60名AF-SCREEN国际协作组成员发布了《心房颤动筛查》白皮书，建议>65岁无症状老年人群应筛查房颤。

约10%的缺血性卒中是由心房颤动所引起，而心房颤动通常在卒中时/后才被发现。导致脑卒中的无症状性心房颤动其实屡见不鲜。数据显示，在65~75岁人群中进行筛查可检出1%~3%的未曾诊断的心房颤动患者。

白皮书称，在65岁及以上人群筛查无症状性房颤并给予抗凝药物治疗，每年可以在全球避免成千上万的卒中事件。

鉴于检出房颤的便捷性，且已证实及时进行有效的治疗可充分改善患者的临床结局，AF-SCREEN协作组认为，在社区以及诊室对老年人群进行房颤的筛查是合理、经济和有效的。

白皮书号认为，老年人房颤筛查工作可由全科医生在诊所或社区进行，筛查方式包括测量脉搏、血压监护仪以及手持式心电图设备。手持式心电图设备是最佳的筛查工具，能快速、可靠的诊断出房颤。

据悉，AF-SCREEN是一项国际合作项目，旨在全球范围内推动各个国家开展心房颤动筛查计划。

AF-SCREEN国际协作组由来自33个国家的130余名心脏病学专家、神经病学专家、全科医生、卫生经济学家、护士、药剂师及患者组成。
