J Endod:3维打印技术模型与计算机辅助设计虚拟仿真的自体移植

作者拔除了左下无法保留的第二磨牙(#18),通过自体移植术将未发育完成的左下第三磨牙(#17)移植代替#18。为了最低限度缩短手术时间和供体牙齿的损伤,作者计划实施了一项3D虚拟仿真手术。通过CBCT影像制作3D打印的供体牙齿和实验性拔牙窝的CARP模型。随后,2个CARP模型均通过口内扫描仪(CEREC Omnicam; Dentsply Sirona, Bensheim, Germany)进行扫描,紧接着通过CAD分析程序对受体牙槽骨进行截骨术的叠加和仿真模拟。基于前期CAD分析的虚拟仿真手术演练,在手术过程中,拔牙窝在预定的位置及尺度内得以精确预备。供体牙齿可以在无损伤情况下植入预备好的牙槽窝内。随访检查显示,牙根发育良好,伴随着牙周膜及硬骨板形成。

结论:使用3D打印CARP模型和CAD程序进行的仿真模拟可以最大限度的减少手术创伤并增加其可控性,对临床未发育完成第三磨牙的自体移植具有极大帮助。
