BMJ：握力可用于评估心血管、呼吸系统以及肿瘤患病风险

研究发现，握力是身体状态以及疾病风险的有效预测指标

近日研究人员考察了握力与疾病特异性风险和死亡率之间的关系，并考察握力作为一种疾病预测指标的可行性。

总计502293名40-69岁志愿者参与研究，其中女性占54%，考察参与者全因死亡率以及心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病和癌症（所有癌症、结肠直肠癌、肺癌、乳腺癌和前列腺癌）的发病率和死亡率。

平均随访7.1年，其中13322人死亡(2.7%)。所有参与者中，握力每减少5kg，其全因死亡风险增加1.20、心血管死亡风险增加1.19、呼吸系统疾病风险增加1.31、COPD风险增加1.24、肿瘤风险增加1.17、结肠癌风险增加1.17、肺癌风险增加1.17、乳腺癌风险增加1.24，前列腺癌风险不受握力的影响，年轻群体中握力降低导致的疾病及死亡风险增加的效果更为显著。研究发现肌肉无力，即男性握力低于26kg以及女性握力低于16kg群体的疾病风险增加，不包括女性结肠癌以及所以人群的前列腺癌和肺癌。握力增加可显著降低患者全因死亡、心血管死亡以及心血管疾病风险。
