高敏感性心肌肌钙蛋白测定(hs-cTn)不能作为POC测量。由于快速检测不能建立在牺牲临床表现代价基础上,因此目前迫切需要开发并严格验证POC hs-cTn。柯尼卡美能达(KM)最近开发了一种基于表面等离子体场增强荧光光谱的POC hs-cTn I系统。本研究根据国际标准,对KM POC系统的分析特性进行了验证。

研究结果先还是死你,该方法空白限(LoB)和检出限(LoD)分别为0.350.62 ng/L,总CV20%10%5%hs-cTn I浓度分别为1.53.911.0 ng/L。方法比较研究表明,KM校准成功地与参考文献一致。定量限(LoQ),即hs-cTn I浓度总测量误差≤34%,为10.0 ng/L600例健康献血者的参考上限为12.2 ng/L(90%置信区间[CI]: 9.2-39.2),性别区分URL分别为20.6 ng/L(男性)10.7 ng/L(女性)(p < 0.0001)KM法测定了所有参考个体中hs-cTn I浓度>LoD65.7%,男性为76.7%,女性为54.7%

研究结果表明,KM系统可将POC系统的特性与hs-cTn的分析性能结合在一起。
