沙龙活动背景

医药营销从带金销售向学术推广转型已在业界达成共识。面对营销转型，药企也有现实的苦衷。一方面在人员上极度缺乏专业的、能够解决医学学术问题的医学团队；另一方面在大部分的产品上也极度缺乏学术证据，让学术推广无从谈起。

为帮助药企解决新环境下的医药营销难题，由梅斯医学主办、iiTalent和思享广告协办的“药企营销转型之路——证据驱动的营销策略”沙龙活动，将于7月3日在北京和7月11日在上海分别举行。

北京大学传播学硕士，15年传媒从业经验，在消费者洞察，沟通，企业整合营销传播，媒体策划运营和研究领域，具有深刻的洞察和丰富的实战经验。

郭志伟 博士——梅斯医学研究员

曾参与相关专利申请，发表病毒学相关学术论文多篇。擅长病毒学、肿瘤学相关研究以及全基因表达谱芯片分析、基础实验方案设计、基础实验方案设计、论文评审。从事修改 SCI文章的评审和修改工作，有丰富文章的评审和修改经验，多次参与临床研究及SCI写作培训的讲座。

毕业于上海第二医科大学，在入行之前在上海第二医科大学从事医学教学工作，积累了丰富的教学经验。

曾经在GSK，罗氏制药，华瑞，礼来，美敦力，卫材等多家外企市场部工作20余年，具有丰富的医疗行业从业经验。

在制药行业工作期间，拥有新产品和成熟产品管理经验。同时在各治疗领域，包括消化，内分泌，外科营养等，有深厚的行业洞察力。

在器械公司工作期间，获取了大量医疗耗材的产品管理和实践经验，同时帮助美敦力骨科器械持续引领市场。

在转入卫材市场培训工作后，建立了市场人员的专业能力模型，并针对性地设计培训课程，提升了卫材市场人员的行业竞争力。
