GUT:自身免疫性肝炎患者肠内微生物群变化研究

研究考察了自身免疫性肝炎患者肠内微生物群的组成和功能改变,肠道微生物群可作为评估疾病活动的潜在方法

肝-肠道微生物轴是重要的自身免疫调节途径。近日研究人员考察了未经皮质类固醇治疗的自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)患者中肠道微生物群变化。

研究人员通过16SrRNA基因测序对AIH(n=91)和健康对照(n=98)个体进行了横断面研究。所有患者均在皮质类固醇治疗前进行样本收集。

与健康对照组相比,未经类固醇治疗的自身免疫性肝炎患者的肠道微生物群多样性降低,总体微生物组成也存在差异。厌氧菌的耗尽以及Veillonella 等致病菌增加与疾病状态有关,特别是,Veillonella与血清天冬氨酸转氨酶和肝脏炎症的血清水平呈正相关。此外,AIH肠道微生物群中的多个功能预测组分发生变化,包括脂多糖生物合成和氨基酸代谢,上述物质与免疫调节代谢产物的形成相关。
