近期Cancer Treat Rev发表的一个多中心研究结果,对于非小细胞肺癌早期患者,合并有其他疾病而不能行手术治疗,或不愿进行手术治疗,选择SBRT治疗,其局部复发的概率与手术治疗的结局相当。

该研究指出,术中可进行区域淋巴结清扫或取样,对患者的分期能更加明确;而SBRT则缺乏明确的病理淋巴结分期,需要考虑其他的方法,来评估高风险患者的隐性淋巴结转移及局部复发的可能。该研究主要评估立体定向体部放疗与手术治疗后,患者复发率、危险因素、局部复发率的异同。

当前证据表明,局部复发的发生率两者是差不多相同的。因此在临床中,对于不愿手术或伴有合并症而不适宜做手术的患者,可以建议行SBRT治疗。
