为做好中医医院(含中医专科医院，下同)评价工作，我局在总结评估以往中医医院评审工作的基础上，对2012版二级中医医院、中医骨伤医院、中医专科医院(不含中医骨伤医院)评审标准等有关文件进行了修订。现将修订后的《二级中医医院评审标准(2018年版)》等有关文件印发给你们，请遵照实行。

《二级中医医院评审标准(2018年版)》等有关文件是开展二级中医医院评审的基本依据，各地对此不得进行删减。省级中医药管理部门可根据本辖区中医药工作重点、医院管理实际，在国家制定的评审标准基础上，遵循“内容可增不减，标准可升不降”的原则，以附加条款的形式体现。调整后的标准应当报我局核准后，方可发布使用。各省级中医药管理部门可依据评审标准制定本辖区的评审专家手册。
