犬复孔绦虫感染肛周瘙痒

犬复孔绦虫感染通常发生在狗和猫中，但可能在摄入含有感染性虫卵的成年跳蚤后发生在人类中，特别是在生活在感染的狗或猫附近的儿童中。

患者为一名2岁女孩，因粪便中有明显的蠕虫和轻微的肛周瘙痒症而到儿科传染病门诊就诊。对粪便中的卵子和寄生虫的最初检查，结果是阴性的。该病人的母亲报告说，家中的几只宠物猫正在罹患类似的蠕虫疾病，并且接受了兽医经验治疗。

患者的母亲将一个新鲜蠕虫节片放入装有盐水的无菌容器中进行进一步检查。对节片的显微镜检查证实，在湿涂片（如图A所示）和碘染色（如图B所示）上都存在可诊断犬复孔绦虫的虫卵。



犬复孔绦虫感染通常发生在狗和猫中，但可能在摄入含有感染性虫卵的成年跳蚤后发生在人类中，特别是在生活在感染的狗或猫附近的儿童中。

患者接受单剂吡喹酮治疗。在3周后的随访中，肛周瘙痒已经消退，并且粪便中没有再出现犬复孔绦虫节段。
