母亲糖尿病子代儿童ALL风险

母亲患有糖尿病可能与子代儿童期急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）有关。近日，肿瘤领域权威杂志British Journal of Cancer上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在评估产妇孕前或妊娠糖尿病与子代儿童期发生ALL风险之间的相关性。

该研究纳入了于1996年至2015年期间出生在丹麦的所有单胎儿童（n=1187482）。

研究人员发现产妇妊娠前糖尿病子代儿童期发生ALL调整后的风险比为2.91（95%可信区间为1.30-6.51），而妊娠期糖尿病产妇子代儿童期发生ALL调整后的风险比为1.75（95%可信区间为1.02-2.98）。父亲患糖尿病并没有改变子代儿童期发生ALL的风险，研究人员发现子代儿童期发生ALL与母亲后期发生糖尿病的风险之间没有关联。

由此可见，尽管糖尿病妇女子代发生ALL的绝对风险很低，该研究结果表明糖尿病宫内环境的特点促进了ALL的发生发展。这为将来研究儿童期ALL的生物学机制提供了一个研究背景。
