本研究采用二维凝胶电泳(2D-PAGE)结合MALDI-TOF/TOF方法对MPS II患者尿液中的差异蛋白进行了鉴定，共鉴定了15个差异蛋白。采用ELISA法测定α-抗胰蛋白酶、Gm2活化剂和脂钙素型前列腺素D合酶的含量。MPS II组尿α1-AT/ Cr值为0.79±0.10mg / mmol，明显高于健康对照组的0.42±0.05mg / mmol。 MPS II组的GM2A / Cr和L-PGDS / Cr分别为1.30±0.12μg/ mmol和9.86±1.16ng / mmol，明显低于2.19±0.19μg/ mmol和13.98±1.48μng/ mmol。 健康对照组中的mmol。 这些蛋白质可以被视为MPS II的辅助诊断生物标记。

该方法有助于发现早期诊断标志物，并为MPS II的发病机制提供了更好的理解。
