Kidney Int：影响HIV+患者透析生存率的因素！

研究者们比较了5348个HIV +组患者和1863个HIV +/HCV +患者相对于HIV-/HCV-对照组的透析的存活率。

研究结果显示：患者种族显着改变了HIV和HIV/HCV感染对死亡率的影响。在多变量模型中，高加索人种的HIV感染与人群死亡风险增加无关（危险比1.03，95％可信区间0.91-1.16），但与HIV/HCV合并感染相关（1.48，1.18-1.87）。

在非高加索人种中，HIV感染（1.44，1.37-1.52）和HIV/HCV共感染（1.71，1.60-1.84）均与死亡率较高显着相关。使用倾向评分的二次分析也产生了类似的结果。

对照组的中位随访时间为645天（四分位间距230-1323），HIV+组为772天（276-1623），共感染组777天（334-1665）。

此项研究结果表明：在当今广泛使用抗逆转录病毒药物的时代，HIV感染仍然与非高加索人的透析生存率显着降低相关，而HIV/HCV合并感染与患者生存受损有关，且不论种族。因此，需要采取一定的干预措施来改善对这些患者的治疗。
