人体对外用的非甾体类抗炎药（NSAIDs）的吸收要低于口服类NSAIDs。近日，在国际心血管权威杂志JAHA上发表了一篇旨在评估风湿性关节炎患者接受非选择性外用NSAIDs和口服NSAIDs治疗心血管疾病发生风险的临床研究。本次回顾性分析研究纳入了最近开始接受非选择性外用NSAIDs或口服NSAIDs治疗的风湿性关节炎患者，首次接受两种非甾体抗炎药治疗的日期被定义为索引日期，NSAID治疗的持续时间大于30天，主要终点事件为心血管复合事件，包括心梗、不稳定心绞痛、心衰、卒中或血管再生。最终共分别纳入10758次和78056次外用NSAIDs和口服NSAIDs治疗事件，根据倾向性评分调整后，外用NSAIDs治疗组的心血管事件发生频率为1.87/100人年，口服NSAIDs治疗组为2.14/人年。与口服NSAIDs治疗组相比，外用NSAIDs治疗组患者的心血管疾病发生风险要低36%（HR：0.64； 95% Cl， 0.43-0.95）。研究结果显示，虽然外用的非甾体类抗炎药（NSAIDs）的吸收率要低于口服类NSAIDs，但其心血管内疾病发生风险要更低。原始出处：Tzu L et al.
