ArQule制药在爱尔兰都柏林举行的第30届EORTC / AACR / NCI研讨会上，以三张海报的形式介绍ARQ 751的临床和临床前数据。所提供的数据突出了来自ARQ 751-101的临床数据，ARQ 751-101是一项针对具有AKT，PI3K或PTEN遗传突变的难治性和/或转移性成年肿瘤患者的I期临床研究。

ARQ 751-101的临床数据亮点和主要结论包括：

1. ARQ 751在具有AKT，PI3K或PTEN遗传突变晚期实体瘤患者中具有剂量递增效应；

2. ARQ 751的剂量从5 mg QD增加到75 mg QD时表现出可控的毒性，建议的II期剂量确定为75 mg QD；

3. 在ER + / PR + / HER2- IV期乳腺癌患者中观察到临床活动的证据。
