I / II期研究是一项开放性研究，旨在评估MRx0518和KEYTRUDA®在对PD-1 / PD-L1抑制剂具有抗药性的肾细胞癌、黑素瘤、非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）和膀胱癌的患者中的安全性和初步疗效。在临床前癌症模型中，MRx0518被证明是一种有效的免疫刺激剂，能够增加与抗癌作用相关的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（TIL）的数量。
