研究人员在Beckman Coulter AU680化学分析仪上,对三种酶分析方法(Beckman Coulter AU Paracetamol, Abbott MULTIGENT Acetaminophen, Sekisui Acetaminophen L3K)和两种免疫分析方法(Beckman Coulter SYNCHRON ACTM (Acetaminophen)试剂和西门子SYVA Emittox Acetaminophen)的不精确性、准确性、线性度和干扰进行了评估。研究了免疫分析方法的效应和酶法超滤液的回收率。

研究发现酶分析的运行范围内和运行之间的不精确性分别为0.26%0.82%0.53%2.86%,而基于免疫分析的方法的不精确性分别为0.96%6.34%1.50%11.33%。除了同步测定,所有检测均符合外部质量保证(EQA)样品的程序分析性能规范(±20µmol / L10%),观察到的同步分析最高的正偏压(31.7%)Abbott 试验中(88μmol / L正偏压空白血清),黄疸干扰最显著。对同步检测,脂血症的干扰是显著的(110%正偏置的100μmol / L)。基于免疫分析法的方法对溶血干扰的敏感性较低,而AbbottAU法更容易受到N -乙酰半胱氨酸的干扰。基于免疫分析检测方法没有钩状效应18 000μmol / L。酶法超滤回收率为80.0%±5.1% ~ 89.5%±3.0%,结果令人满意。

研究表明,同步试验中观察到比例偏差,而西门子和Sekisui试验受胆红素干扰的影响最小。
