结果显示，共有11项研究具备房颤数据。在纳入荟萃分析的21571例患者中，伊伐布雷定治疗与房颤相对风险1.15具有相关性(P=0.0027)。据此估计，伊伐布雷定损伤需治疗病例数为208例/治疗年。
