赛诺菲放弃与Merrimack合作研发抗癌药物

众所周知，抗癌药物的研发工作面临着极高的失败率，这一点连世界各大医药巨头都无法幸免。赛诺菲最近就宣布由于连续遇到失败，赛诺菲公司已经放弃与其合作伙伴Merrimack公司合作研究抗癌药物MM-121。MM121是一种阻断ErbB3受体的抗体类药物，ErbB3受体与肿瘤生长有直接关系。2009年赛诺菲公司与Merrimack公司签订总价值约4亿7千万美元的协议共同研究MM-121在乳腺癌、宫颈癌
