SCI REP：急性缺血性卒中后体重指数与死亡率和功能预后之间的关系！

由此可见，在缺血性卒中患者中，超重或肥胖与死亡率降低或更好的功能恢复并不相关，但体重过低可以预测不良预后。

肥胖与脑卒中结局之间的关系一直存在争议。近日，Scientific reports 杂志上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在明确体重指数（BMI）与急性缺血性脑卒中患者的死亡率以及功能预后之间的相关性。

该研究所用数据来自于一项全国性、多中心、前瞻性、以医院为基础的注册试验：China QUEST（脑卒中护理和治疗的质量评价研究）研究。

该研究共纳入了4782例急性缺血性脑卒中患者，282名患者体重较低（BMI<18.5kg/m2），2306名患者为正常体重（18.5显著增加。

由此可见，在缺血性卒中患者中，超重或肥胖与死亡率降低或更好的功能恢复并不相关，但体重过低可以预测不良预后。
