J Biomater Appl：3D打印大孔径双相磷酸钙支架的成骨作用

为了研究大孔径骨支架的成骨，采用3D打印技术制备了具有精确控制的大孔径（0.8,1.2和1.6 mm）和相同孔隙率70％的双相磷酸钙支架。 在本研究中选择了8只新西兰兔，同时在每只兔子中产生4个8mm直径的颅骨缺损以放置具有不同大孔尺寸的BCP支架。采集4周和8周的标本，通过显微CT和组织学检查评估骨形成能力。 结果显示，所有3D打印的BCP支架在4周和8周时均表现出优异的机械性能并且具有比对照更
