研究人员在中国人和白种人中,对Hsp70蛋白多态性(rs1043618, rs1061581, rs2075800, rs2227956和 rs2763979)与NIHL风险的相关性进行了元分析。研究发现,他们的元分析中总共有通过4篇文章报道的5个研究。对rs1061581(来自3个研究),在等位基因模型、纯合子模型和显性模型中发现了显著的相关性(G versus A: OR (95% CI) = 1.32(1.05-1.67), GG versus AA: OR (95% CI) = 1.93(1.1-3.36), GG + AG versus AA: OR (95% CI) = 1.45 (1.0 5- 2.02)),但是在杂合模型或者隐性模型中不存在显著相关性。对rs1043618(来自5个研究),rs2075800 (来自2个研究), rs2227956 (来自4个研究), rs2763979 (来自2个研究),研究人员并没有发现显著的相关行。通过种族亚群分析,在白种人中,研究人员在rs2227956任何形式的遗传模型中和rs1061581的等位基因模型,杂合模型和显性模型中发现了显著的相关性。最后,研究人员指出,rs1043618, rs2075800和rs2763979多态性与NIHL敏感性没有相关性,然而,rs1061581和rs2227956多态性与NIHL在白种人男性中具有显著的相关性。
