研究选取80个形态参数相似的拔除的人下颌磨牙近中根作为实验对象,并按照根管预备技术的不同随机分为4个实验组(n = 20):HyFlex CM (HCM [Coltène-Whaledent, Allst?tten, Switzerland]), HyFlex EDM (HEDM [Coltène-Whaledent]), WaveOne Gold (WOG [Dentsply Sirona, Ballaigues, Switzerland])和OneCurve (OC [Micro-Mega, Besancon, France])。样本在预备前后采用X-ray micro-CT影像分析技术在分辨率为19.9 μm的条件下进行扫描。在3个不同水平上观察分析根尖偏移和定心能力:距离根尖孔3 mm, 5 mm和7 mm分别代表根管的根尖1/3、根中1/3和根冠1/3。采用One-way analysis of variance和Kruskal-Wallis检验进行统计学分析,比较各组差异。显著性水平设置为5%。

结果显示,在3-mm水平的颊舌根管中,HCM导致的根管偏移程度显著低于WOG (P < .05)。同样,HCM在7-mm水平的舌侧根管中的根管偏移程度也明显低于WOG和OC。然而,各组平均定心率之间未见显著性差异。

结论:4种预备系统能够安全的预备根管,产生极小的根管偏移并相对进行着定心预备。就根管偏移而言,HCM在尖端的表现优于WOG,在冠端优于WOG和OC。
