GUT：溃疡性结肠炎患者开始抗TNF治疗后可停用5-氨基水杨酸药物

溃疡性结肠炎患者在开始接受抗TNF治疗后可以停用5-氨基水杨酸盐类药物。

对于开始接受抗TNF治疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者(UC)是否需要持续接受5-氨基水杨酸盐(5-ASA)类药物，近日研究人员就这一课题进行了考察。

UC患者参与研究，一部分患者口服抗TNF药物的同时至少90天内未停止5-ASA治疗，另一部分在开始抗TNF治疗后90天内停止服用5-ASA，研究的主要终点为组间治疗差异。

3589名患者参与研究，发现在抗TNF治疗开始后停止5-ASA治疗不会增加患者临床不良事件风险（调整后比值比1.04-1.09）。敏感性分析证实了上述结果。

研究认为，对于溃疡性结肠炎患者在开始接受抗TNF治疗后可以停用5-氨基水杨酸盐类药物。
