内窥镜II试验标本可以检测AFPCA19-9CEAhs-CRPCyFra 21-1、铁蛋白、Galectin-3TIMP-1水平。新算法开发中包括这些生物标记,以及患者的人口统计信息(如年龄、性别)。六种统计方法被用来开发算法来区分癌症和非癌症。统计方法包括logistic回归、自适应指数建模、偏最小二乘判别分析、特征向量(加权和非加权)和随机森林。将这些算法的性能与基于粪便的基准测试标准进行了比较。

使用多种统计方法,可以至少0.65-0.76auc检测CRC和高危腺瘤,少数模型接近基于粪便的测试基准性能。此外,在不同的统计技术中使用了通用标记,模型的复杂性从39个标记。

研究结果表明,预测模型以相似的统计准确性可确定患有CRC和高危腺瘤的受试者。 尽管直观解释,模型的复杂性,临床采用和实施各不相同,但整个统计技术的临床表现差异很小。
