Neurology:氧化的低密度脂蛋白可预测轻微卒中或TIA患者的复发性卒中

由此可见,oxLDL水平升高可以独立预测轻度卒中或TIA患者的复发性卒中。

近日,神经病学领域权威取杂志Neurology上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员旨在探究氧化的低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)与轻度卒中或TIA患者复发性卒中之间的关系。

在氯吡格雷对高风险急性非功能性脑血管事件(CHANCE)试验中,研究人员在实验室中用4E6抗体测量了受试者血浆中的基线oxLDL水平。该研究的主要结局是90天内任何卒中。次要结局包括1年内的任何卒中和90天和1年内缺血性卒中以及联合血管事件。研究人员通过Cox比例风险模型分析了oxLDL与复发性卒中之间的关联。

该研究纳入了3019例患者,oxLDL的中位数(四分位数间距)为13.96(6.65-28.81)μg/dL。调整常规混杂因素后,与最低oxLDL四分位数(<6.65μg/dL)的患者相比,最高oxLDL四分位数(≥28.81μg/dL)的患者在90天内复发卒中的风险较高(风险比为1.43,95%置信区间为1.03-1.98)。对于次要结局也发现了类似的结果。研究人员还发现oxLDL水平与每种结局的风险之间存在J形关联。oxLDL水平与低密度脂蛋白、使用双重抗血小板、抗高血压药、抗糖尿病药和他汀类药物之间没有显著的相互作用。

由此可见,oxLDL水平升高可以独立预测轻度卒中或TIA患者的复发性卒中。
