Sci Rep:光声成骨法可增强骨缺损的修复

本研究旨在评估直接光声(PA)对骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)成骨的影响。由于支架材料是组织再生不可或缺的要素,因此首先利用聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)与氧化石墨烯(GO)制备了一种复合片材。将BMSCs接种于PLGA-GO片上并分别在体外接受PA处理3天、9天和15天。第3,9,15天收集BMSCs分别测定碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性、钙含量及骨桥蛋白(OPN)。体内研究中,将体外PA刺激9天

综上所述,该研究结果表明,通过充分利用PA可增强骨缺损的修复。
