这篇研究的目的是为了比较EDDY声波活性(VDW, Munich, Germany)、被动超声荡洗(PUI)和XPendo Finisher机械清除(FKG Dentaire, La Chaux-des-Fonds, Switzerland)对移除直根管内人造沟氢氧化钙的效果。

这篇研究的目的是为了比较EDDY声波活性(VDW， Munich， Germany)、被动超声荡洗(PUI)和XPendo Finisher机械清除(FKG Dentaire， La Chaux-des-Fonds， Switzerland)对移除直根管内人造沟氢氧化钙的效果。研究使用Mtwo锉(VDW)预备人的90颗直根管上颌切牙至40/.04，并且将牙齿纵向劈裂。在每半个牙根表面的根尖或冠部预备侧沟并充填氢氧化钙，再重新组装牙根。样本基于不同的移除技术分为5组：组A， the XPendo Finisher； 组B， EDDY； 组C， PUI； 组D， 针头注射器手动冲洗； 组E， 不冲洗（对照）。每组操作均实施30秒，3 mL 3%次氯酸钠作为冲洗液。放大10倍观察沟的清洁情况。采用Kruskal-Wallis检验分析平均得分(P = .05)。结果显示，所有方法均比手动冲洗法更能够有效清除氢氧化钙(P < .05)。就根尖沟而言，EDDY和PUI移除氢氧化钙的效果明显优于XPendo Finisher (P < .05)。各组在冠沟的移除效果没有显著性差异(P &
