Radiology：肝硬化定量评价新方法！

本研究通过胆总管结扎（BDL）和四氯化碳（CCl4）毒化作用共诱导了60只不同肝硬化分级的Sprague-Dawley公鼠，利用羟脯胺酸、天狼星红染色和α平滑肌肌动蛋白染色定量肝硬化分级。利用定量MRImapping技术评价T1值、T2值和ECV。

结果为，BDL 4周后T1值要明显高于对照组(718 msec ± 74 vs 578 msec ± 33， respectively； P < .001)。BDL 4周后T2值要明显高于对照组(46 msec ± 6 vs 29 msec ± 2， respectively； P < .001)，在经CCl4处理后得到T1、T2值相似结果。BDL 4周后ECV要明显高于对照组(31.3% ± 1.3 vs 18.2% ± 3.5， respectively； P < .001)，在经CCl4处理后得到T1、T2值相似结果。ECV和羟脯胺酸(BDL： r = 0.68， P < .001； CCl4： r = 0.65， P < .001)、天狼星红染色(BDL： r = 0.88， P < .001； CCl4： r = 0.82， P < .001)、α平滑肌肌动蛋白染色(BDL： r = 0.70， P < .001； CCl4： r = 0.73， P < .001)和门静脉压力(BDL： r = 0.54， P = .003； CCl4： r = 0.39， P = .043)间具有显着相关性。

本研究表明，在临床前动物模型研究中发现T1值、T2值和ECV与肝硬化程度及门静脉高于具有显着相关性。
