中国儿童气管支气管异物诊断与治疗专家共识

气管支气管异物是儿童常见的急重症之一。该病起病急、病情重，甚至可危及生命。尽早诊断和取出异物是减少并发症和降低病死率的关键。虽然近年由于防范意识逐渐增强，气管支气管异物发病率有所下降，但由于该病临床表现的多样性，在诊断和鉴别诊断上仍有一定的难度，因此漏诊、误诊时有发生，并可导致严重后果。针对该病提出系统规范的指导性建议十分必要。制订本专家共识的目的是规范气管支气管异物的诊断和治疗流程，指导快速确诊

简要介绍：

气管支气管异物是儿童常见的急重症之一。该病起病急、病情重，甚至可危及生命。尽早诊断和取出异物是减少并发症和降低病死率的关键。虽然近年由于防范意识逐渐增强，气管支气管异物发病率有所下降，但由于该病临床表现的多样性，在诊断和鉴别诊断上仍有一定的难度，因此漏诊、误诊时有发生，并可导致严重后果。针对该病提出系统规范的指导性建议十分必要。制订本专家共识的目的是规范气管支气管异物的诊断和治疗流程，指导快速确诊、准确鉴别、及时取出异物以及有效处理围手术期并发症从而保障患儿的生命安全。同时对儿童气管支气管异物需要进行宣传和科普教育，提高全民的预防意识，降低气管支气管异物给儿童造成的意外伤害。
