干细胞由于其独特的分化成多种细胞谱系的能力而在再生医学领域引起了越来越多研究人员的兴趣。然而,有效控制干细胞分化和改进目前用于监测干细胞分化的破坏性表征方法是关键问题。 为此,多功能石墨烯-金(Au)杂化纳米电极芯片(NEAs):( i)研究组合物理化学信号对干细胞分化的影响,(ii)通过生物物理信号增强干细胞分化效率,以及(iii)以非破坏性实时方式表征干细胞分化。 通过石墨烯的物理

为此,多功能石墨烯-金(Au)杂化纳米电极芯片(NEAs):( i)研究组合物理化学信号对干细胞分化的影响,(ii)通过生物物理信号增强干细胞分化效率,以及(iii)以非破坏性实时方式表征干细胞分化。

通过石墨烯的物理化学性质和来自纳米芯片的生物物理信号的协同效应,石墨烯-Au杂化NEAs促进细胞的粘附和扩散。此外,通过改变石墨烯-Au杂化NEAs的尺寸,显示了由增加的粘着斑信号引起的改善的干细胞分化效率。此外,石墨烯-Au杂化NEA用于以非破坏性实时方式电化学监测干细胞的成骨分化。

总的来说,相信独特的多功能石墨烯-Au杂化NEAs可以显著推进基于干细胞的生物医学应用。
