Dent Mater J：掺杂多西环素的骨替代品对大鼠颅盖垂直性骨增长的影响

Bio-Oss (BO)是一种骨替代产品，因其较高的组织相容性和骨传导性广泛用做口腔领域内的骨充填物，然而它却不能刺激骨形成。多西环素(DOX)为广谱抗生素，对炎症和骨诱裂均表现出抑制作用，有研究报道它可刺激骨形成。这篇研究的目的是为了评估采用掺杂了DOX的BO对大鼠颅骨实施引导性骨再生后垂直性骨形成的影响。

Bio-Oss (BO)是一种骨替代产品，因其较高的组织相容性和骨传导性广泛用做口腔领域内的骨充填物，然而它却不能刺激骨形成。多西环素(DOX)为广谱抗生素，对炎症和骨诱裂均表现出抑制作用，有研究报道它可刺激骨形成。这篇研究的目的是为了评估采用掺杂了DOX的BO对大鼠颅骨实施引导性骨再生后垂直性骨形成的影响。研究对40只大鼠实施了垂直性颅盖骨增长的手术。其中，20只大鼠仅采用BO，另20只采用BO+DOX。在术后4和8周收集颅盖骨，通过放射性影像、组织学和RT-PCT进行评估。结果显示，4周时，BO+DOX矿化新骨形成的区域明显多于BO，并且TGFβ1， BMP2和β-catenin的表达在BO+DOX组中明显上调。这些结果表明，BO+DOX可以提高垂直性骨量的增加。原始出处：Zhang P， Ding L， et al.
