Dent Mater J:掺杂多西环素的骨替代品对大鼠颅盖垂直性骨增长的影响

Bio-Oss (BO)是一种骨替代产品,因其较高的组织相容性和骨传导性广泛用做口腔领域内的骨充填物,然而它却不能刺激骨形成。多西环素(DOX)为广谱抗生素,对炎症和骨诱裂均表现出抑制作用,有研究报道它可刺激骨形成。这篇研究的目的是为了评估采用掺杂了DOX的BO对大鼠颅骨实施引导性骨再生后垂直性骨形成的影响。
