J Hypertens:鱼类和ω-3脂肪酸摄入与高血压风险

总体而言,长期膳食摄入鱼类和ω-3脂肪酸与中老年男性高血压发生无关。

实验研究表明ω-3脂肪酸对血压(BP)有良好的作用。然而,有关健康受试者长期饮食摄入ω-3脂肪酸或鱼类与高血压风险之间关联的数据很少。近日,高血压领域权威杂志Journal of Hypertension上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员在医生健康研究(PHS)中评估了鱼类或ω-3脂肪酸摄入是否与高血压发生有关。

在一项前瞻性队列研究中,研究人员分析了基线时没有高血压的12279名PHS参与者(平均年龄:53.0±8.7岁)的数据。从基线半定量食物频率问卷中评估鱼类和ω-3脂肪酸的摄入量。通过年度随访问卷的自我报告确定高血压发生情况。

平均随访15.8年,6299名男性(51.3%)患有高血压。在控制已知的高血压危险因素多变量模型中,鱼类和ω-3脂肪酸摄入量与高血压事件无显著相关性。对于每周至少食用5顿鱼肉的男性,与不食用任何鱼类的男性相比,高血压的风险比(95%CI)为1.10(0.93-1.30)(趋势P=0.29)。对于ω-3脂肪酸摄入量最高与最低五分位数相比,高血压的风险比为1.02(0.94-1.11)(趋势P=0.34)。相关性并没有因鱼的类型而异。也没有证据表明基线血压、BMI或高胆固醇血症病史会改变这一关联。

总体而言,长期膳食摄入鱼类和ω-3脂肪酸与中老年男性高血压发生无关。
