ACS Appl Mater Interfaces：新型纳米片载体可有效实现光热/化疗

目前，二维（2D）材料由于其无与伦比的物理化学性质和优异的比表面积在作为药物载体治疗癌症方面引起了广泛的关注。Graphdiyne（GDY）是一种新型的2D碳材料。与石墨烯相比，GDY不仅具有由sp2-杂化碳原子组成的苯环，而且具有由杂化碳原子组成的乙炔单元，因此它具有多个共轭电子结构。在此，我们使用阿霉素（DOX）作为模型药物来开发基于GDY纳米片的药物递送载体，用于光热/化疗治疗癌症小鼠。结果

在此，我们使用阿霉素（DOX）作为模型药物来开发基于GDY纳米片的药物递送载体，用于光热/化疗治疗癌症小鼠。结果显示，与体内外单独治疗相比，808 nm激光照射下GDY/DOX具有较高的光热转换能力和载药效率，肿瘤抑制率更高。此外，通过组织病理学检查和血清生化分析显示，GDY具有良好的生物相容性，无明显副作用。

该研究首次使用GDY进行了高效光热/化疗，表明GDY在癌症治疗中具有安全性和巨大潜力。
