MedSci年度指数和5年指数正式上线

MedSci指数自从2009年12月推出以来(MedSci面向大中华区用户首推MedSci指数)，得到广大用户的重视与喜爱，它作为独立于影响因子之外的重要指标之一，可以认为是期刊选择的重要风向标(MedSci指数应用技巧：与影响因子配合使用)。 自从推出MedSci指数以来，一直关注各个期刊的指数变化趋势与特征，也为期刊发展提供重要的参考，同时也不断优化算法，以期更准确反映用户的行为

MedSci指数自从2009年12月推出以来(MedSci面向大中华区用户首推MedSci指数)，得到广大用户的重视与喜爱，它作为独立于影响因子之外的重要指标之一，可以认为是期刊选择的重要风向标(MedSci指数应用技巧：与影响因子配合使用)。

自从推出MedSci指数以来，一直关注各个期刊的指数变化趋势与特征，也为期刊发展提供重要的参考，同时也不断优化算法，以期更准确反映用户的行为。

在此之前的MedSci指数指的是各期刊的历年累积指数，不能很好地反映期刊在最近的变化特征，为了进一步完善MedSci指数体系，先前的MedSci指数将更名为“MedSci累积指数”，将逐步淡出。将MedSci指数细化为“MedSci五年指数”、“MedSci年度指数”和“MedSci实时指数”，从明年起前两者会随着影响因子的公布而同步推出。

通过年度指数与5年指数，可以了解一个期刊发展变化过程，结合实时指数，权威、动态了解期刊变化特征，投稿的特点，热门程度，以及被踢出SCI期刊数据库的风险。

举例说明：

SCI REP-UK杂志的历年指数如下：2012年为34.0941，2013年为48.36975，2014年为113.646，2015年为418.514，实时指数为453.3827,5年累积指数为146.3317（实际上是4年的平均的，最早是2012年这个期刊才有指数）


从上述数据来看SCI REP-UK杂志，在中国受欢迎程度急剧上升，而且在2016年仍然上升明显，受关注突飞猛进在2014-2015年度！也正是这个期刊在中国大规模受关注的时刻。

再看看PLOS ONE杂志的历年指数如下：2011年为120，2012年为334.4796，2013年为408.5381，2014年为463.1668，2015年为459.9243，实时指数为422.0715,5年累积指数为461.6808


从上述数据来看PLOS ONE杂志，在中国受欢迎程度已趋平缓，并微跌，受关注顶峰在2014年度！从实时数据来看，预计2016年度，SCI REP-UK有可能会超越PLOS ONE。

上述数据能很好反映这两个期刊在中国的变化情况，也有助于科研工作者正确进行判断，最终选择合适的刊物。
