本研究旨在评价95%乙醇行导管硬化疗法对原发或复发性卵巢子宫内膜腺肌瘤的价值。

本研究共纳入了14例行卵巢子宫内膜异位症CDS的受试者。诊断结果基于症状和影像学检查结果。在CDS术前和术后6个月评价CDS对保留卵巢、血行抗苗勒试管激素（AMH）水平。在相同时间点测量血清肿瘤抗原125（CA-125）水平。在CDS术后1、3、6个月进行随访，一年两次评价囊肿大小变化和复发。利用配对T检验或Wilcoxon符号等级检验比较CDS术前术后AMH、CA-125和囊肿大小。

结果为，巧克力囊肿大小从5.8 cm ± 2.2减小到1.1 cm ± 1 (P＜ .001) 。在平均随访12.7个月中，巧克力囊肿无复发。所有受试者疼痛均有缓解，血清CA-125水平降低（P = .001）。在CDS术前和术后6个月血清AMH水平无显着性差异，这表明手术很好的保护了卵巢功能(4.29 ng/mL ± 2.47 vs 4.36 ng/mL ± 1.94； P > .875)。无手术并发症发生。

本研究表明，基于95%乙醇导管硬化疗法能够对卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者保证卵巢的基础上获得较佳的临床预后。
