在晚期肾疾病（ESRD）患者中房颤较常见，口服抗凝药对ESRD患者的影响尚不清楚。

在晚期肾疾病（ESRD）患者中房颤较常见，口服抗凝药对ESRD患者的影响尚不清楚。

本研究最终共纳入分析了8410名ESRD伴房颤的患者，有3043名患者接受有口服抗凝药治疗，倾向性评分用于匹配1519名接受口服抗凝药治疗的ESRD伴房颤的患者和3018名不接受口服抗凝药治疗的ESRD伴房颤的患者。口服抗凝药不与卒中或者死亡呈相关性，但是会增加出血住院（HR： 1.26； 95% CI： 1.09-1.46； p = 0.0017）和颅内出血的风险（HR： 1.30； 95% CI： 1.07-1.59； p = 0.0094）。

研究结果显示，在ESRD伴房颤患者中，口服抗凝药治疗比例不高，口服抗凝药不会降低患者卒中或死亡风险，反而会增加出血住院和颅内出血风险。
