简要介绍：

随着输尿管镜碎石技术的推广与广泛运用，如何控制手术相关的风险和并发症更是备受关注。输尿管镜碎石术的常见并发症包括：感染、输尿管损伤（穿孔、甚至断裂、撕脱）、出血及输尿管狭窄／闭锁等。虽然并发症的发生受到原发病复杂程度的影响，但患者的选择、操作技巧、激光等器械的使用方式、围手术期管理、手术经验等因素更易导致严重并发症的发生。因此，医源性损伤是目前输尿管镜相关并发症的主要内容。由此可见，规范输尿管镜碎石技术、提高安全性具有重要意义。
