晕厥指南解读

晕厥（syncope）是指一过性脑供血不足所致的短暂的意识丧失状态，发作时患者因肌张力消失不能保持正常姿势而倒地，一般为突然发作，迅速恢复。晕厥作为一个症状可以由多种原因引起，但癫痫、低血糖等代谢异常、药物或酒精过量以及头颅外伤所致脑震荡等原因引起的意识丧失，由于机理不同不属于传统意义上晕厥的范畴。上海交通大学附属第一人民医院 刘少稳
