脑血管病是严重威胁中老年人健康及生命的主要疾病，我国脑血管病近年在全死因顺位中已上升为第一位，1990至2013年，我国因脑卒中死亡导致生命年损失（years of life lost，YLLs）居首位的省从16个上升至27个。因此，加强一级预防降低脑卒中发病率，是减轻其疾病负担的基本策略。近年来我国脑卒中（急性脑血管病）的防治工作受到政府及相关部门的高度重视，提出了"关口前移"的预防策略，但我国

简要介绍：

脑血管病是严重威胁中老年人健康及生命的主要疾病，我国脑血管病近年在全死因顺位中已上升为第一位，1990至2013年，我国因脑卒中死亡导致生命年损失（years of life lost，YLLs）居首位的省从16个上升至27个。因此，加强一级预防降低脑卒中发病率，是减轻其疾病负担的基本策略。近年来我国脑卒中（急性脑血管病）的防治工作受到政府及相关部门的高度重视，提出了"关口前移"的预防策略，但我国的卒中一级预防工作仍然存在较大差距。认识脑血管健康的重要性，重视脑卒中预防的必要性，提高脑卒中风险评估与健康管理的可行性，将有力促进脑卒中的早期预防工作。随着健康体检工作的普及，健康管理已经成为多种慢性病预防的重要路径。就脑卒中而言，在从健康人、易患人群、高危人群发展到脑卒中患者的过程中，若能通过健康管理广泛开展早期预防工作，将会有力促进脑卒中危险因素群体暴露水平、发病风险和发病率的下降。因此，撰写"脑血管健康管理与脑卒中早期预防专家共识" ，其主要目的是引导健康管理机构及相关医疗卫生机构开展脑卒中早期风险评估，促进脑卒中预防"关口前移" 。
