简要介绍：

北美起搏和电生理学会于2002年发布了关于儿童射频导管消融术的专家共识，同年中国生物医学工程学会心脏起搏与电生理分会/中华医学会心电生理和起搏分会/《中国心脏起搏与心电生理杂志》编辑部发表了射频导管消融治疗快速心律失常指南，其中包含有儿童适应证。2016年美国儿童和先天性心脏病(先心病)电生理协会(PACES)联合美国心律学会(HRS)发布了关于儿童射频消融术的专家共识。我国自1994年应用射频导管消融术成功治疗儿童预激综合征以来，开展此项工作的医院和治疗的病例数逐年增加。2014年成立了中华医学会心电生理和起搏分会小儿心律学工作委员会，为进一步在我国规范和推广儿童快速性心律失常导管消融术的应用，在前期工作的基础上，特制订中国儿童心律失常导管消融专家共识。
