简要介绍：

在国家卫生计生委和中国红十字会总会的领导下，中国人体器官捐献与移植委员会(ODTC)带领业界人士齐心协力，经过不断的探索与实践，初步建立了公开透明的器官捐献与移植体系，使我国器官捐献事业进入良性发展阶段。其中，人体器官获取组织(organ procurement organization，OPO)是器官捐献和器官移植的基石和桥梁。由于我国OPO建设仍处于初期阶段，OPO建设水平参差不齐，制度化和规范化管理不够完善，与欧美等发达国家差距仍较大，不能满足我国器官捐献工作健康可持续发展的新要求。为了促进我国OPO的标准化、规范化和制度化建设，受中国人体器官捐献与移植委员会、中国器官移植发展基金会委托，中华医学会器官移植学分会召集国内对OPO建设和运行具有丰富实践经验的专家学者，对OPO建设的法律法规依据、组织架构、工作职能、人员与基础设施标准以及管理制度建设等关键问题进行深入论证并达成共识。
