严重创伤性颅脑损伤

美国创伤基金会（ＢＴＦ）于２０１６年９月２１日在线发表了《第４版美国重型颅脑损伤诊疗指南》，共有１８个主题：１１个主题涉及治疗；３个主题涉及监测；４个主题涉及治疗阈值。第４版在设计上有别于第３版的１５个主题，其中新主题包括去骨瓣减压和脑脊液引流；麻醉剂、镇痛剂、镇静剂、类固醇激素的应用及癫痫预防没有明显改动；进阶脑监测及进阶脑监测阈值进行了创新命名和修订；共有１８９项研究纳入，作为推荐形成的证据。
