简要介绍：

1980年，美国心脏病学会/美国心脏协会(ACC/AHA)成立了专门的分委会和工作组着手制定动态心电图(ambulatory electrocardiography，AECG)的相关指南。1989年1月，在美国Circulation和JACC杂志上同时发表了全球第一个AECG指南。10年之后即1999年，ACC/AHA在原有指南的基础上对其进行了大幅修订，该指南引用了20世纪80年代以来设计合理、结果可靠的有价值的文献304篇，并一直沿用了18年。直到2017年，由国际动态心电图和无创心电学会与美国心律学会联合制订了有关AECG和体外心脏监测/遥测的专家共识。该共识荟萃分析了全球18年以来有关AECG和体外心脏监测/遥测的研究成果，提出了各种检测方法的技术特点、适应证及临床意义等的专家共识，现简要介绍如下。
