低心排血量(CO)综合征(简称低心排)是一组以心排血量下降、外周脏器灌注不足为特点的临床综合征，心脏外科术后多见，且在各种疾病导致心功能障碍时均可出现。低心排会导致患者住院时间延长，并发症、病死率及医疗费用增加，给患者和医疗资源带来沉重负担，是临床医师面临的巨大挑战。低心排是一个广义概念，临床上有很多相似术语，如术后心功能障碍、术后心功能不全、术后急性心力衰竭、术后心源性休克、心脏切开后休克等。低

低心排血量(CO)综合征(简称低心排)是一组以心排血量下降、外周脏器灌注不足为特点的临床综合征，心脏外科术后多见，且在各种疾病导致心功能障碍时均可出现。低心排会导致患者住院时间延长，并发症、病死率及医疗费用增加，给患者和医疗资源带来沉重负担，是临床医师面临的巨大挑战。低心排是一个广义概念，临床上有很多相似术语，如术后心功能障碍、术后心功能不全、术后急性心力衰竭、术后心源性休克、心脏切开后休克等。低心排的病因、病理生理学改变、临床表现等与内科急性心力衰竭有所不同，与心源性休克有相似的病因及血流动力学特点但又有所区别。目前欧洲、美国、中国均有针对急性心力衰竭的临床指南，但这些指南对于低心排患者并不完全适用。本专家共识通过文献复习结合临床经验致力于统一低心排的临床概念，针对低心排的病因、监测、治疗等方面做出相应推荐，以优化诊疗过程，改善患者血流动力学，提高生存率。本共识基于大部分心脏外科相关研究及经验，但其应用不仅限于心脏外科人群，心脏重症范畴内患者均可适用。
